2. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. All orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment is received and cleared. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor its progress.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For domestic shipments, we offer USPS Ground Advantage and USPS Priority Mail, and the cost will depend on the shipping method you select.
4. International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer automatic international shipping options through our website. If you are an international customer, please contact us first before placing your order so that we can provide you with a personalized shipping quote. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your shipment on the USPS website. If you have any issues with tracking or delivery, please reach out to us for assistance.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that you provide the correct and complete shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we may charge additional shipping fees to resend the item.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. If the item is damaged, we may request that you provide photos of the damaged product and packaging in order to file a claim with the postal service.
