Return and Refund Policy
At Mr. Ed's Card Shop & Collectibles, due to the nature of our business and the high risk of fraudulent returns, we no longer accept returns for any reason other than items that are damaged, faulty, or do not match the listing. Refunds will not be issued for buyer's remorse. Please ensure you know what you’re purchasing before completing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please provide pictures or video for verification. A shipping label will be issued for returns. Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Please email info@edscollection.com.
For items damaged during shipping, we will open a claim and offer a refund if no duplicates are available.
